Analyse, identify and manage complex bottlenecks. Consulting in problem solving to improve its efficiency and performance outcomes. Increase predictive and preventive maintenance processes in order to avoid breakdowns and control reliability. Improving the performance of the site conducting root cause analysis in situations there is little information available and many perceptions of what the problem actually is.
Responsible for the mission of the day.
Daily mission include the actual performance (shift, day, week, month) and breakdowns last 24 hours. Safety and everything that affect current work must be discussed and all questions must be ask if they affect a save work environment.

Ik gaf leiding aan drie verschillende projectteams (~8 mw).
Onderdeel van ongeveer tien projectteams gewerkt aan opdrachten.
- Werkprocessen verbeteren technische dienst;
- Afstemmingsproblemen in kaart brengen en elimineren;
- Dagelijks technisch overleg (storingen afgelopen 24H) bijwonen en hieruit actielijst opstellen met prioriteiten en verantwoordelijke actiehouder bepalen;
- Verantwoordelijk voor uitvoering van deze acties en toezien op effectiviteit proces en waar mogelijk voorstellen doen voor verbeteren efficiëntie;
- Missie van de dag opstellen en distribueren onder de afdeling en MT.
